Available career positions: Quality Supervisor If you have proven success in process engineering and quality control in the PCB manufacturing industry and want to be integral to growing Prime Technological Services to the next level please send your resume with salary requirements to Human Resources attention: Laura Brewer at lbrewer@prime-ems.com Job Description: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to lead, support and continuously improve the quality planning/process activities including: Customer and supplier activities, Corrective Action activities, quality reporting and auditing, acting as a communication link between Prime and the customer, and pursuing continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability and safety. Determine and enforce, through functional groups, quality and safety requirements in accordance with real company needs, based on current regulations and state-of-the art product development. Organize and promote companywide quality improvement efforts. Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality, reliability and safety. Directly responsible for organizing and guiding ISO certification initiative, implementation and maintenance of the companys lean manufacturing quality efforts, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvement to the quality system. The Quality Manager also has responsibility to act as liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system to include but not limited to supplier quality. Summary of essential job functions: Quality Systems executions NPI, MRB, Continuous Improvements Corrective Actions/Preventative Actions Quality Management Systems (QMS) Collaborate with other internal and external (both customer and supply base) functions to pursue Quality issue resolution. Technical Skills: Utilization of Statistical Analysis & Tools DOE, SPC, KPI, 5 Why Problem Solving, Lean Methodology and 5 S PPAP, First Article Reports Knowledgeable of Green Belt tools and Six Sigma Strategy ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, FDA knowledge, AS9100 military requirement knowledge, ITAR understanding, GMP systems |
