Joe Litavis joined Prime in May of 2019 as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. He is responsible for leading sales and marketing activities in support of Prime’s new growth initiatives.
Joe has over 30 years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry providing vertically integrated services to diverse clients and industries, including Military & Defense, Medical, and Industrial markets. His experience includes both organic growth initiatives and integrating acquisitions as an important component of growth plans. Joe has held key positions in Sales, Marketing, Business
Development, Sales Operations, and Program Management. His experience includes working with both tier 1 and sub tier companies.
In 2012, Joe was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PPI/TimeZero, a tier 3 EMS provider. There, he was instrumental in developing and executing a growth strategy that resulted in more than doubling its sales and profitability over a 7-year period.
From 2008 to 2012, Joe served as Vice President of Sales Operations at EPIC Technologies. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of senior sales and marketing management positions at Sanmina over a 21-year span.
Joe holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a marketing concentration, from Nichols College.
